DEFINITIONS

The TEAM 250 Roadmap lays out the simple, 3-stage American Roadmap that's beaten the odds for 420 years, since the First Landing in 1607. TEAM 250 is applying human performance technologies as well as AI to continually improve the Roadmap.

TEAM 250 Founders are the 250 Mission Driven Leaders participating in the AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE.

The AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE is a one-year program following the TEAM 250 Roadmap to help Observe, OWN and Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE" in each Founder's Pursuit of Life, Liberty and Happiness.

TEAM 250 Founders have the guts to become the first AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGERS.

Together, we will work to Observe, OWN and Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE" in 2027... with no guarantees of success... just like the Patriots who risked everything to found America 250 years ago.

We believe promoting TEAM 250 Founders' stories and experiences as AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGERS will begin to Restore Faith in the American Dream.

Q: How do TEAM 250 Founders Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE" in 2027?

A: By investing an average of 30-60 minutes per week tapping into the roadmap elements successful Americans have used throughout history.

Leadership Network - TEAM 250 is the Leadership Network, like the 250 American Patriots described in the historic example below. Leaders connect in a trust-based network aligned around the "IMPOSSIBLE" focus you OWN and the overall mission to Restore Faith in the American Dream. Our app based community delivers mutual support and subject matter expertise primarily across 50 States, Washington, DC & US Territories including multiple generations, broad experience and diverse perspectives.
Mastermind Groups - Each Mastermind Group will focus on helping TEAM 250 Founders solve one "IMPOSSIBLE" problem. Mastermind Labs within TEAM 250 will focus on common themes and are open to all Founders. Optional Mastermind Cohorts are small groups of no more than seven Founders meeting on an agreed upon schedule, with an agenda, led by a qualified facilitator requiring an additional fee and working agreement.
Shared Experiences - Camaraderie is crucial when rising to an "IMPOSSIBLE" individual or group challenge like Restoring Faith in the American Dream. Team member relationships and results are exponentially stronger during meaningful shared time together, whether in an online community, planning retreat, mini-conferences, mastermind zooms, quarterly CHALLENGER Summits, Patriot Experiences or an essential Debrief.

Divine Providence

Divine Providence is the Roadmap's foundation. In studying over 420 years of alliances, masterminds and shared experiences, the historical evidence proves God was the foundation for many American groups, though not all.

The documented Judeo-Christian history of our republic has largely been removed from public education. This includes how strongly the early colonists, founders and framers believed in and relied upon divine Providence.

The 2027 AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE Quarterly Summit locations and subject matter experts will shed light on key historical moments over 420 years. TEAM 250 Founders can discover, learn and experience how faith influenced American history.

TEAM 250 Founders and those who eventually hear this story will make their own personal decisions about faith as they see fit.

Why TEAM 250 is Beginning with Exactly 250 Founding Members

TEAM 250 is intentionally limited to 250 Founding Members — not 500, not 1,000, not “as many as possible.” This number is not arbitrary. It is strategic, symbolic, and research-backed.

2. Symbolism: America’s 250th Birthday

TEAM 250 has been founded in 2026 during America’s 250th anniversary celebration — a once-in-history moment. The number 250 is a heritage anchor that honors our nation’s history, the impossible challenges experienced from the first landing in 1607 to July 4th, 1776.

250 is an instant reminder of the impossible odds the Patriots overcame. The 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence also reminds us of the Spirit of 76 mindset that launched the American Dream; Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

3. The Research Indicates Practical Ceiling for High-Impact Summits

Invitations to Quarterly CHALLENGER Summits include plus-ones — spouses, colleagues, mentees, vendors, future TEAM 250 candidates and young people discovering the American Dream. This means TEAM 250 attendance will naturally expand to 400–500 participants at CHALLENGER Summits.

Research shows that 250–500 people is the upper limit of meaningful interaction at live events — the maximum size where meaningful interaction, breakout groups, networking, and cohesion are all still real, and the experience still feels personal. Anything larger becomes a keynote event, not a leadership network.

What the 2027 AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE means and why it matters?

The AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE is a one-year mechanism following the TEAM 250 Roadmap to Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE" in each Founder's Pursuit of Life, Liberty and Happiness.

For most Americans, the 250 year celebration wrapped up on July 4th Weekend. While Americans enjoyed the party and time off from work... many still believe the American Dream is DEAD to them! This is tragic.

If citizens don't know the Past stories of America, true cost of the Revolution or the priceless legacy the Founders sacrificed to pass on to them; they may never reach for Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Current events and partisan politics drive distraction. Instead of lecturing fellow Americans about pulling themselves up by their bootstraps, TEAM 250 will lead by example. We'll do so with transparency as we work together in the Present moment, building our American Dreams by overcoming the "IMPOSSIBLE" realities we each face today.

TEAM 250 Founders will become the first "CHALLENGERS" by participating in The 2027 AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE. The results will include amazing successes, continued struggles and probably a few failures. Real Life. Sharing these stories will inspire fellow citizens to pursue their dreams in the not-too-distant Future!

During the CHALLENGE, we'll relate TEAM 250 Founders' experiences in historical context, weaving the Past, Present & Future into a unique tapestry. The most inspiring stories will be published in our Commemorative Book and hopefully featured in a documentary or film series.

We'll host interviews on the OWN the "IMPOSSIBLE" Podcast Network and promote multi-media content inviting fellow Americans into this amazing story so they can experience and pursue Life, Liberty and Happiness as they see fit.

While there are no guarantees, we believe promoting stories of Real Life CHALLENGERS Past, Present & Future will begin to Restore Faith in the American Dream.

The pivotal moments in American history outlined below illuminate the TEAM 250 Roadmap in action.

The original American Roadmap began as hundreds of like-minded leaders started rising to a challenge for freedom. Consider U.S. Independence as the first AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE.

By most historical accounts, two thirds of colonists Observed (and believed) it was "IMPOSSIBLE" for the 13 Colonies to separate from the British Crown, especially in armed conflict.

Of the remaining third, history recounts at least 250 specific Patriot Leaders coming together from across the 13 Colonies who Observed American Independence was POSSIBLE. Their belief transformed observation into ownership!

These 250 Leaders included 60 Second Continental Congress Delegates, bankers, statesmen, writers, preachers, farmers, lawyers, shopkeepers, orators, doctors, tradesmen, military men and a host of women like Abigail Adams & Betsy Ross who played crucial roles.

Beginning in Lexington and Concord in 1775, this original TEAM 250 demonstrated their commitment to OWN Independence by promoting, financing and fighting for it.

After 8 long years, this ultimately led them to Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE" and Win American Independence.

As the decision to Own the "IMPOSSIBLE" spread like wildfire throughout the colonies, America's original Leadership Network connected and communicated through "Committees of Correspondence" touching all 13 Colonies and growing far beyond the 250 Leaders.

Together, they took steps to support and formalize the fight for American Independence across the Colonies. The 250 Leaders included multiple large Mastermind Labs within their ranks to organize tasks necessary to Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE."

George Washington and his top officers prepared the fledgling US Army for war in one Mastermind Lab. The Second Continental Congress, 60 delegates within the 250 member leadership network, organized another Mastermind Lab to manage the legal proceedings to separate from Britain.

The delegates tasked a Committee of Five as a small group Mastermind Cohort to "Own" the task of drafting the Declaration of Independence. This Cohort included John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman and Robert Livingston.

These Founding Fathers completed their Cohort and delivered their final draft Declaration of Independence to the Second Continental Congress on June 28th, 1776. After the Cohort delivered the draft, it was debated and edited in the larger Mastermind Lab (Second Continental Congress) within the Leadership Network.

This Shared Experience happened at the Philadelphia Statehouse. On July 4th, 1776, the Second Continental Congress took the next step to Own the "IMPOSSIBLE" by voting to adopt The Declaration of Independence.

The Leadership Network of 250 Founding Patriots came together and publicly promoted the Declaration of Independence.

The original TEAM 250, including the 56 Signers, General Washington's military commanders and leaders from the 13 Colonies, then led the brand new United States of America into seven years of Shared Experiences known as the American Revolution.

At Yorktown, Virginia in 1781, General Washington won the last major battle to Overcome the "IMPOSSIBLE."

The Treaty of Paris was signed at Versailles in 1783 ending the very first AMERICAN DREAM CHALLENGE... which guaranteed our right to pursue Life, Liberty and Happiness as we see fit.

250 Founding Leaders changed the course of history forever.

The Bottom Line: "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."

Looking back to leaders from the Rev. Robert Hunt at Virginia's First Landing in 1607, to the Pilgrims at Plymouth in 1620, to the 56 Signers in Philadelphia in 1776, America's roots have honored religious freedom and God's Providence.

In our nation, we have the option to worship God or not. However, there is a mountain of evidence the early Settlers, Founders and Framer's recognized "divine Providence" in many ways... as we will examine.
